In June 2025, we had the pleasure of participating for the first time in the Field Border Security Fair – GRANICE, a key event focused on modern technologies in border protection. The event welcomed approximately 134 government officials.
Over the course of two days, we had the opportunity to engage with representatives of Poland’s border services and showcase our advanced technological solutions – X-ray scanners that enhance transport security and enable effective cargo inspection at border checkpoints.
Our booth stood out with its 5-meter tower, three dynamic display screens, and striking lighting, making it one of the most recognizable spots at the event. In the technical demo zone, visitors could try out our proprietary software MultiControl CanisMatic. Guests also explored our full range of scanners and learned about their key functional advantages.
The highlight of our participation was the presentation by Barbara Ostrowska, VP & Head of R&D at MultiControl, titled “Advanced scanning for smarter border protection.” During her talk, Barbara presented our latest solution — the Rail Dual View Scanner, which will soon be launched at the Polish Ukrainian border in Hrubieszów.
The Rail Dual View scanner combines two inspection angles – top and side – into a single streamlined process, using dual accelerators operating in separate modes. This delivers two simultaneous X-ray images from different perspectives, enabling operators to detect hidden compartments, irregularities, and unusual cargo shapes with greater accuracy. The installation at the Polish Ukrainian border is currently being finalized.
